The three days meeting of SusCrop took place at the Research Institute for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (ILVO Plant) in Belgium between the 9th and 11th of September. The first day was dedicated to the kick-off meeting of the SusCrop funded projects. During the second and third day the researchers and stakeholders of SusCrop had the opportunity to attend two workshops, one on “sustainability and resilience assessment methods” and one on “data collection and harmonisation”. Several high-caliber speakers from various universities, organisations and research institutes gave presentations on topics related to sustainable crop production and novelties in sustainability assessment methodologies.

The SusCrop ERA-Net Cofund is a network of 34 funding and research partners from 19 different countries, that aims to enhance cooperation and coordination of different national and regional research programmes in the field of Sustainable Crop Production.
