FACCE-JPI & JPI-Climate joint workshop on the use of emerging science to improve agricultural GHG inventories for the UNFCCC reporting 

The joint FACCE-JPI – JPI Climate workshop on the use of emerging science to improve agricultural GHG inventories for the UNFCCC reporting will be held on the 19th and 20th of October 2022 in Brussels.

Objectives of the first workshop: trough bringing together compilers and scientists with a focus on the ‘land sector’; e.g. agriculture and the LULUCF’ agriculture-related GHG emissions, building a community that can bring forward improved inventory approaches, assess the state of the art and future research needs. Produce a document with what we know, what we don’t know and barriers the inventory community face.
